Order processing time is 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT-8 (Pacific Standard Time, Los Angeles) will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

We use UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and USPS for delivery. Shipping time may vary by location, but all orders are processed promptly.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email or shown in your account. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours. Delivery times can be affected by weather or public holidays.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days if you’re not fully satisfied. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees. You can return your item within 30 days, and as long as it’s in its original, unused condition, you’ll receive a full refund with no additional charges.
